Reservations

Yes, you can. Simply call or email at least 7 days before your charter to ensure that the dates and times you want are available. 

Yes, you can. Simply contact us and we will notify you via telephone or email if the dates you selected are available and start planning your itinerary.

All charters operate with a captain.

Yes, you are allowed to use all amenities and enjoy them as if they were your own.

  • Air conditioned accomodations with one master suite and one VIP suite.
  • Shower and day head (toilet/bathroom).
  • Large saloon with 42″ 4K TV.
  • Full kitchen.
  • Drinks eg. table wine, local rum punch, sodas and water.
  • Service of the crew : 2 persons (Captain and Mate/Engineer).
  • Towels
  • Fuel
  •  Insurance for the yacht and the passengers
  • Water toys (snorkeling equipment, infaltables, paddle boards).
  • Light snacks.
  • Subs (Included in Part and Full day trips.)
  • Photos and Videos (With your permission.)
  • Airport transport.

  • Gratuity/ Tips
  • Taxi (Ask us how you can.)

Payment and Cancellation

Seastheadventureltd. reserves the right to cancel an event due to weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

 

If Seatheadventureltd. cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund.

 

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, you will have the option to either receive a full refund (at the captain’s discretion) or transfer the same event to a new, future date.

 

Cancellations made within 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 3 – 4 days will receive a 40% refund.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours, no refund.

 

No shows receive no refunds.

We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and all major credit cards. Cash is also accepted in USD/BSD.

You are not obligated to do so but it is customary to leave 15%-20% of the total charter fee as a tip based on your satisfaction.

Additional Questions

The price is listed up to 12 persons $75 for every additional person up to 15 people max and the max capacity for Saline Dion is 12 people. 

The length of your charter trip is dependent on the service you book.

  • Full day charters are 8 hours long.
  • Part day charters are 6 hours long.
  • Half day charters are 4 hours long.
  • Sunset cruises are 2 hours long and start at 5pm or 6 pm.

Based on the charter you have selected we would be able to better assist you, also if you have special requests. Otherwise, we often suggest that you bring your favorite pair of sunglasses, sunscreen and perfect smiles. 

Yes, you can. When you submit your request, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss your needs and wants. If the dates you selected are available and we agree to the changes, you will have created your own itinerary.

Yes, you, your family and/or friends will be the only guests on board your charter.

 

We do take photos and videos that we share with you and on our social platforms so there is a Media Release Form that you sign if we have your permission to take photos/videos.

Within a week otherwise, you will be notified by email

We’ll find out if you are able to go out on another day otherwise you will receive a 100% refund.
